On October 27th (start of Winter Schedule), Virgin Atlantic restarted their daily flights from London Heathrow to CSMIA, Mumbai after almost a four year gap of absence. This service adds to the existing flights provided by Air India and British Airways between Heathrow Airport and CSMIA, Mumbai.
The inaugural flight was operated by a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner equipment with registration G-VCRU nicknamed “Olivia-Rae“. The aircraft has a 3-class seating configuration – C31W35Y198.
